Sales & Refund Policy

This policy covers everything you buy from photodoxle: flat-rate offers, scoped projects and the Learn Pass.

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are digital and our services are custom work that starts as soon as you book, all sales are final. We don't offer returns or refunds on offers, projects, deposits or Learn Pass subscriptions, including partially used subscription periods.

Before You Buy

Every offer lists exactly what's included, what we need from you and the turnaround. If you're unsure whether an offer fits, email dago@photodoxle.com or book a call before you pay, and we'll tell you honestly.

If Something Isn't Right

No refunds doesn't mean no help. If a deliverable doesn't match what the offer or your agreement includes, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll fix it at no extra cost. Every offer also includes the rounds of changes listed on it.

Learn Pass

• The Learn Pass renews automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you chose, until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Payments already made, including the upfront months required for member pricing on an offer, aren't refunded.

Turnarounds And Delays

Turnarounds start once we have everything listed under "We'll need" on the offer. If a delay is on our side, we'll keep you updated and prioritise your project. Delays on the client side may move the delivery date.

Cancelling A Project

If you need to stop a project after it has started, let us know in writing. Payments made aren't refunded, and we'll deliver the work completed up to that point.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first so we can make it right. Disputing a charge without contacting us may result in your Learn Pass access being suspended.
